Mission
The mission of the Rutland High School Counseling Department is to positively impact the lives of our students by partnering with parents, community, faculty and staff. We aim to foster an environment in which all students are encouraged to become lifelong learners. We support students as they acquire the educational and social competencies necessary for their growth toward lifelong success and effective, responsible citizenship for a diverse and changing world.
