Reminder for all students to check their school email for important messages from teachers and staff!
The SHH will be hosting the Student vs. Faculty game at the RHS GYM this Thursday 05/17 Beginning at 4:45pm !!. This is a free event please come out to support the Great event! This will be a lot of FUN!! ALL SHH members must be in attendance as this is our last meeting for the YEAR!
Important announcement for all students in Exploring the Historical Landscapes of Vermont, otherwise known as Day Hikes. We will have a mandatory meeting in FLEX block on Thursday, May 17 in Red 16. Permission forms will be distributed. Students who do not have these forms completed and signed for the first day of YES plan will receive an unexcused absence. If you cannot attend the meeting, please see Ms. Geisler, Ms. Mahar, Mr. Tuerk or Mr. French for the paperwork.
On May 17 and 18 Juniors will take part in the Vermont Science Assessment. You will need earbuds and headphones for the test. Please bring them if you have them or inform your test proctor or Mrs. McKeen if you cannot bring them and we will secure a pair for you.

The next Project Graduation meeting is this Wednesday, May 16 at 6 pm in Red 11. We hope all senior parents can attend.
Wonderfeet Kids’ Museum is looking for volunteers to help at Rutland Regional Medical Center on Friday, June 1st for a planting event. ATTENTION ALL SCHOOL TO WORK YES PLAN STUDENTS:
1. Make sure you have handed in your learning plan and learning agreement to Mrs. Renfrow. This is due now.
2. On the first day of YES Plan, June 6th, there will be a mandatory orientation meeting for all students (except lifeguarding and students working at hospital) in the lecture hall from 8 to 9:30 am. After the orientation meeting, you will go to your placements.
3. Students doing their YES Plan at the Rutland Regional Medical Center will have a mandatory orientation at the hospital on June 6th from 8am to 10am.
Encore meeting today at 3:20 – We have guests sharing a summer option. Planning for Awards night.
Work day for The Hobbit on Tuesday from 4-7. Encore members are encouraged to come and help build even if they are not in the YES Plan

Stop by the Guidance Office and pick up a few pamphlets that the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation has provided. The 2018-2019 Grant Application pamphlet, Financial Aid as well as My Educational Loans pamphlets. These can also be viewed online at www.vsac.org
Seniors: Once you make your post graduation decision either attending college, military service or employment, please stop by the Guidance Office and complete the Senior Information Survey. This is especially important for those of you who are continuing on to college, your guidance counselor will need to know where to send your final high school transcript.
There are no yearbooks left to preorder. If you still want a yearbook, you will need to purchase one from any possible leftovers when they come in. Seniors will be given first priority.
