Project Graduation meeting tonight, April 11 at 6:00PM in Red 11
Class of 2021: Cookie Dough will be in tomorrow (Thursday 4/12). Please pick up your orders in White 14 right after school. The cookie dough needs to be kept frozen so please plan accordingly.
The Spring Talent Show is coming, May 3rd. Sign up on Mrs. Archer’s door and start practicing! The talent show is open to everyone and all acts will be considered. There will flex block auditions after vacation.
Students with a desire to have a voice in student affairs are encouraged to submit an application for the Student Council Executive Board. Applications with a description of the committee assignments are available in the Main Office. Submissions are due by April 30th to either Mr. Aday (Red 15) or Mrs. Haskell (White 15)
Juniors and Seniors – VSAC will host a Paying for College Night on May 1 at 6:00 in the lecture hall. This is a great opportunity to learn about the college financial aid process. Our VSAC outreach coordinator will present and allow time following the presentation for general questions. Students and their families are welcome.
If you are still interested in applying to Stafford for next year it’s not too late! Please talk to your counselor if you have any questions or would like to schedule a visit!

The Froshmore Dance is on Saturday May 5th from 8-10 pm. The DJ will be RHS Class of 2008 Graduate Chris Kiernan(DJ Big Handsome). We are looking for Faculty Chaperones. If anyone is interested, please contact either Carolyn Ravenna, Sara Gregory, Brett Lertola or Jen McNeil. We appreciate your support.
The Howe Center is currently accepting applications for the 2018-2019 school year. Rutland High School – Howe Center Campus offers a full academic program for high school students. Classes are smaller-sized and move at an individualized pace. YES Plan – Students on stage – The Hobbit – First rehearsal – Tuesday – 5-8 in the theater. Rehearsals for the rest of the week – Wed., Thursday and Friday – 5-8. Everyone is expected to attend. See Mrs. Archer and/or Evan with conflicts.

Online registration can be located at www.burlingtoncars.com. Deadline to register and to submit your report card is April 30, 2018. After this date, 75 finalists will be selected and notified by May 5, 2018. If you are one of the finalists you must be present to win either a pre-selected 2018 Subaru Impreza or 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Seniors: Once you make your post graduation decision either attending college, military service or employment, please stop by the Guidance Office and complete the Senior Information Survey. This is especially important for those of you who are continuing on to college, your guidance counselor will need to know where to send your final high school transcript.

There are no yearbooks left to preorder. If you still want a yearbook, you will need to purchase one from any possible leftovers when they come in. Seniors will be given first priority.
