REMINDER: Vision screening for freshmen and seniors is today Thursday Oct 12th in the training room. Once again the Lions Club will be assisting the RHS Nurses with this required screening. Please enter the training room as you would for school photos. Screenings times will be assigned alphabetically. Please look at the schedule which will be posted outside the Main Office, Attendance, Guidance, and near the water fountains. If you cannot make your assigned time please come when you can between 8:45- 1. If you have glasses or contacts that you should be wearing please have them on when you arrive. Attention Parents: Parent Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, October 19th (afternoon & evening) and Friday, October 20th (morning). Conferences last 10 minutes with each teacher. The scheduling window for conferences will be open from Saturday, October 7th until Tuesday, October 17th at midnight. Instructions have been emailed separately.
NHS will tutoring students during Flex in English, Math, Science, History, and World Language. Tutoring will take place Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Teachers, please sign students up for Red 17
The RHS Malestroms will meet in the Choral Room on Thursdays at 3:15. All boys who want to sing are welcome to join the Malestroms

The 5:00 bus running from the high school is for students participating in EPIC programs ONLY. You may not ride the bus if you are after school for other activities. You will be asked to exit the bus if you are not participating in EPIC.

Bernie Sanders is sponsoring a college fair at Castleton University in partnership with the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation on October 14th. This is an opportunity for students and their families to learn about college opportunities right here in Vermont, as well as the financial aid options that may be available. There will even be access to computer labs to learn more about the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and assistance with completion.
